Custom Orders: Custom orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed. The balance is due before shipment. The deposit is nonrefundable once the item is in production.

Return Policy: Items must be returned within 21 days. Our actual freight costs will be deducted from your credit. A 20% restocking fee may be charge on return items. Custom made items are non-returnable.
